Taabar is a non-profit that helps orphans, runaways, and street kids in India by providing various rehabilitation programs.  Taabar means "small and loving children" in local dialect, who need special protection and care.  They walk aimlessly; They sleep at city arcades; they are vulnerable for any type of exploitation by adults and criminals.  These children are engaged in some type of economic activity like begging, vending, selling cigarettes and tobacco, peddling lottery tickets, etc.  At the end of the day they contribute their earnings to their family, continuing this cycle of exploitation. Taabar is a Jaipur based NGO, which was established in the year 2007.  A portion of the proceeds from our Live India Collection go to support Taabar, learn more about them
