With the goal to restore local handicrafts, Sangeeta and her daughter-in-law Katiyani have created a men’s and women’s clothing and accessory line, created from handwoven and handprinted fabrics from all over India. Out of their home in Jaipur in the region of Rajasthan, the mother and daughter work together to design and sell their unique pieces. The jewelry is made in Kutch Gujrat, a desert area on the eastern tip of India, by local villagers and artisans. Many of the jewelry designs are culturally significant and have been used for centuries. The clothing incorporates high quality cotton and silk to create classic everyday wear pieces along with more stylish and fashion forward options.
